Keith Denholm


Previously Managing Director and Head of Freight Trading at Castleton Commodities International (CCI) (formerly Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy). Prior to joining CCI, Keith was Commercial Director for NASDAQ listed Eagle Bulk Shipping in New York. Commercial Director of the Kuok Group Shipping interests - Pacific Carriers Limited, Singapore & Malaysian Bulk Carriers which is listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. Previously Chairman of the Baltic Exchange Freight Derivatives Users Group in 2007-2008. Has served on the Board of Directors of The American Steamship Owners Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association. Past committee member of the Norwegian Hull Club and served on the Executive Committee of Intercargo. Holds a Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and is currently a Non Executive Director of J.&J. Denholm Limited, Glasgow, Scotland, having started his career as a seafarer on Denholm vessels.

James Russell-Walling


He began his maritime career by entering the Merchant Navy, serving as midshipman/cadet and navigating officer with Safmarine and Ellerman City Liners for a period of 5 years. After gaining a BSc (Honors) in Nautical Studies (Naval Architecture & Maritime Law)  at the University of Plymouth, England, he joined Koch Shipping in 1985. In 1988, he was relocated from London to Koch’s head office in Wichita, Kansas, where, as vice president, he ran Koch Carbon’s Dry Bulk Freight book until 2000. He joined ConAgra Trade Group, Omaha in 2000 to start their International freight trading desk. In November 2001, under the ConAgra umbrella, he founded Matador Shipping & Trading, serving as its managing director until June 2004 when he joined Paragon Lines as partner. He has subsequently started US Offices and served as president for PCL, Singapore and MUR Shipping BV before starting Clemente Shipping USA LLC in early 2014.

Barkin Yazicioglu


He began his career in various major shipowning companies in Turkey.  Barkin was Chartering manager for the Cerrahgil Group of Companies in Turkey where he commercially managed dry bulk vessels in all sectors as well as cargo contracts for Turkish bases steel mills. He then became the senior manager of chartering at Pacific Carriers Limited and was responsible for all handymax and supramax cargoes and tonnage. He later joined Eagle Bulk Shipping as director in 2010 when Eagle Bulk established a new freight trading desk in Singapore which he managed. In 2013 he started Caria Shipping Pte Ltd where as a small outfit was able to compete with major operators. He managed 15 million metric tons contract of affreightment to ship sand into Singapore under the Government’s land reclamation program and involved in all major commodities throughout Atlantic and Pacific regions. He holds a Fellowship of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and a member of Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA). He holds a B.Sc. Degree in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering.
